Project Background
The Guangdong Advanced Energy Science and Technology Provincial Laboratory (Dongjiang Laboratory) is a leading research institution that focuses on energy technology research. Within the laboratory, many of the research instruments are highly sensitive to vibrations. Especially during experiments in the fields of nuclear energy and new energy, vibrations have a serious impact on the reliability of experimental data and the operational stability of equipment.
Project Needs
The laboratory urgently needed a solution to mitigate the vibration problems that were affecting the accuracy of experimental data and the stability of equipment. To ensure reliable results and protect the equipment, Dongjiang Laboratory required a vibration isolator that could efficiently absorb the vibrations and prevent them from affecting other systems in the laboratory.
Our Solution
We provided Dongjiang Laboratory with a custom-designed spring vibration isolator made from automotive spring steel. This material ensures the isolator can effectively absorb high-frequency and low-frequency vibrations and reduce their impact on the equipment. Our isolators were specifically designed to meet the laboratory’s equipment needs, improving both stability and precision.
Project Results
